System Requirements
Software requirements:
All AudioVero programs are based on the Microsoft Windows OS 64 bit.
The programs will run on Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10 / 11, Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022
The math library installed together with the programs is based on Intel Lapack Library. It will use all available CPU instructions (SSE, SSE2, AVX ...)
Acourate and AcourateNAS have been tested on Mac OS with Parallels. The communication with soundcards has to be done by Asio4All.
In combination with USB microphones it is necessary to use Asio4All. It is recommended to use a soundcard with mic preamp. Thus both playback and
recording will use the same clock!
Hardware requirements:
Of course a powerful CPU will lead to quicker calculations. But in general modern Intel or AMD CPUs, multicore preferred, are possible.
For AcourateConvolver convolution matrices with multiple filters, e.g. multiwayspeakers, it makes sense to use multicore CPUs for better threading.
2 GByte RAM is sufficient, but there is no reason against spending more RAM.
