Feature request: export impulse response to wav

Post by daverz » 08 Dec 2021 08:11

It would be nice to be able to export impulse responses to 32-bit float WAV files for both the main Pulse and TestConvolution Pulse. This would be useful for loading into REW for analysis. I admit it's an easy sox one-liner, if you have sox installed:

Code: Select all

C:\Program Files (x86)\sox-14-4-2\sox.exe -M -c 1 -t f64 -r 48000 Pulse48L.dbl -c 1 -t f64 -r 48000 Pulse48R.dbl -b 32 -e float C:\Users\Dave\Desktop\impulse.wav

What about saving a pulse response by Acourate menu File - Save as mono WAV with 32bit ? ;)
Stay well tuned

Ah, OK, thanks. I'm still getting used to the Acourate way of doing things. Well you can let this stand as an SAQ (stupidly asked question), if you like.
