Re: Feature request: export impulse response to wav

Ah, OK, thanks. I'm still getting used to the Acourate way of doing things. Well you can let this stand as an SAQ (stupidly asked question), if you like.

Feature request: export impulse response to wav

It would be nice to be able to export impulse responses to 32-bit float WAV files for both the main Pulse and TestConvolution Pulse. This would be useful for loading into REW for analysis. I admit it's an easy sox one-liner, if you have sox installed: C:\Program Files (x86)\sox-14-4-2\sox.exe -M -c ...

Dave,
what about the volume slider at the bottom of the logsweep recorder window?
I swear that didn't show up until I saw your post. Heisenberg's volume slider. I probably do need a new eyeglass prescription.

Re: Measurement of DIY 2.1 system

OK, I got the logsweep with crossover working. For anyone else with a Motu M4, remember that the volume knob only controls channels 1 & 2. Channels 3 & 4 will be at max level. It's also best to turn the amp and sub off and watch the Motu's level meters to so you won't hear the terrifying sound of yo...

Re: Measurement of DIY 2.1 system

If you keep Camilla for summing/routing process, then the problem is ressolved. I would say, if you have the full optimization function with the Acourate and the result is ready as WAV filter, Camilla is obsolete I think It would just be a replacement of Camilla's built in IIR crossover filters wit...

Re: Measurement of DIY 2.1 system

Hello Dave, please forget CamillaDSP for a while. You have the Motu M4 which can be connected to the PC. You have a mic input and 4 output channels. So you can create a 2-way crossover by Acourate and a multiway wav from the XO files. Thanks for the reply. For some reason I thought the XO stuff was...

Re: Measurement of DIY 2.1 system

Hi, I am not sure if it helps but it is just an idea.. In the past I tried a little bit similar setup based on Raspberry PI (but w/o crossovers, just plain stereo), and this is what I did 1. Disconnect the AI/DAC from Raspberry and connect it via USB with the measuring PC with Acourate. As a AI/DAC...

Measurement of DIY 2.1 system

I have a 2.1 system that I cobbled together with a Raspberry Pi running CamillaDSP and a Motu M4 (used as a 4 channel DAC). CamillaDSP does speaker/subwoofer crossover routing and filtering and the 4 digital outputs are converted to analog by the Motu over USB. The easiest way to do a sweep would be...
